We always do our best to despatch your items the same day when ordered before 2pm GMT. Please note that all of our items require printing after the purchase so in the case of larger orders or at busy periods there may be a slight delay in despatching your item(s). If you require guaranteed delivery by a specific date please contact us before purchasing to confirm we can accommodate your request.

UK Expedited Delivery - Royal Mail Tracked 24 - 1-2 working days

Europe - Royal Mail International Tracked - 3-5 working days

Rest of the World - Royal Mail International Tracked - 5-7 working days

Returns

Here at CandyMix we're confident that you'll love your item - in fact we're so confident that we probably don't even need to offer a return policy! However, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase then don't worry - just send it back to us within 30 days of purchase, in its original condition of course, and we'll offer a full refund or replacement, no quibbles. We'll even fully refund all the P&P costs - you just need to message us first to sort out the return. How much easier could it be?!
